Very peaceful and pleasant to be here. I've stayed for a week now and for the price it's unbelievable really. Cleaning ladies are super friendly and management is helpful. Towels are not scarce and vending machine for ice plus the drink and snack machines are affordable and work! Smoking area is even well kept! Rooms are spacious and updated and the parking is easy and right by rooms. I will gladly recommend this spot to only my fave people because it's such a treasure I don't want everyone knowing about it ! Lol
Overall, I enjoyed my stay in this historic hotel. The location was awesome and I loved walking around North Beach during my stay. It was also an easy walk to the bus lines and cable cars. It's affordable and the rooms were comfortable and clean. My mom complained that our room was too hot, which it was, and they quickly moved us to a room with a window that opened to the outside. The shared bathrooms weren't too bad although crowded at times. This was second stay here and probably won't be my last.
I love the road but not the freeway! This wonderful motor lodge on Rt 66 has been here for years, and Cookie, the manager, is a delight! Its not pretentious, just clean, cozy, restful and friendly! I've stayed twice, this time for two nights because I hated to leave. Thank you Cookie, and Judy, I will be back!
Have been staying here many times for years and the manager is absolutely amazing. She's so friendly, attentive, considerate and she always makes me feel welcomed everytime I stay there. This is the only motel I choose to go to because the manager is wonderful and the price is good compared to other places. The room is always clean and plenty of parking space. Comfortable motel.
Stayed here last Spring. What an awesome place. Cookie was wonderful and the rooms were perfect. Clean, neat and safe. Would stay here again!!!
Wonderful experience! We had our entire wedding party, family, and friends stay here last year. They allowed us to basically take over the place and rent out the pool to have a party following the reception. Loved it! My husband and I plan to return for our 1st Anniversary!
Great little motel. Reasonable price. Rooms are clean. Comfortable bed. Cute little swimming pool, they even let you use the outdoor gas grill. Really nice people in the office, very polite housecleaning staff. Can't say enough good stuff about 20th century motor lodge
Love it here. So accommodating to your needs, super clean, pool is always clean. Managers are super friendly and do there job to the tee. Housekeepers are amazing. Sll around great place for a short stay.
